But we do it all under one roof, from planning to production, in concert with vetted professionals we’ve worked with for decades. Catering, floral arrangements, photography, design, set-up, clean-up, even hair and makeup. We have access to unique, undiscovered locations throughout the west. And we do it all with rigorous attention to sustainability, minimizing or eliminating the crazy waste that most parties produce.





What’s different about our brand of bespoke?
Well, it started with the fact that I Don’t Love Weddings. I know that makes me sound like the grinch. But it inspired this process, which I think is a better way to wed. In fact, I very nearly got in a catfight with my sister's wedding planner.


From attending, being in, and catering so many weddings, I was amazed to discover that a wedding, or any big event, is like opening a restaurant, but for one stressful, family-packed, emotionally-charged day. It involves all the same things we do in restaurants every day. This is crazy. Our collective understanding that the restaurant business sucks is a cultural cliche. So why then are we combining restaurant-level stress with the most meaningful ritual of adult life??
I have no idea.
But I know it doesn’t have to be that way.

We only do a handful of weddings a year, because
we are committed to quality over quantity.
